Shipping Policy

UK mainland deliveries:

  • Parcels and packages are usually sent with Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on their size 

  • The Royal Mail service will be 2nd Class with a signature.  A tracked service will be used for high value and personalised/custom items

  • The Parcel Force service will be chosen on a parcel by parcel basis

  • You can request a different service if you want an expedited delivery.  This will probably cost more

  • A different service or courier will be used if Royal Mail or Parcel Force are unable to make the delivery

  • You are responsible for the postage costs where they are charged.  These charges will be obvious as you checkout 

 

Overseas deliveries:

 

  • Please note: I am currently only shipping to UK mainland addresses

  • I will be adding destinations further a field as soon as I can

Items lost in transit: 

 

  • I will always do my best to replace any items that might be lost or damaged in transit. 

  • In the case of ‘One of a kind’ items and ‘customised orders’ that are impossible to recreate this will, obviously, not be possible. 

  • If this occurs, we will offer you the choice of a refund or another item of the same value.  Please refer to our Returns Policy for details

  • Royal Mail ask that we wait 10 days after expected delivery date for 2nd class and 7 days after expected delivery date for tracked items before claiming a parcel is lost or missing

Timing: 

  • Ready made items will be shipped within 3 working days whenever possible.

  • Custom items and commissions will be shipped within 3 working days of completion whenever possible

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class items within 2 - 3 working days of shipping

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver tracked itmes within 2- 3 working days of shipping

  • Parcel Force delivery will usually be within 2 working days of shipping

  • Busy times for the Postal services, Christmas for example, will mean longer delivery times

  • Please be aware all of my designs are individually hand-crafted and take time to make.  Although, I post them as soon as they are finished, the project itself may take many, many hours - even days, weeks or months for very intricate pieces.  It will be worth the wait. If you would like an update on progress at anytime feel free to contact me

  • If you have a specific, important deadline please let me know.  I will try to accommodate your schedule but this may not always be possible and it is better to know before you commit to buy.
