Refund Policy

My designs are special to me and I hope they will be special to you.  It is very important that they find their right people and that you love what you buy.  I'm sure you will very happy but If you are in anyway disappointed or dissatisfied with your item please contact me straight away.  I will do everything I can to sort things out.

The small print:

  • Please contact me as soon as you can if you wish to return an item.  Usually this should be within 14 days  

  • I cannot accept the return of items that have been personalised unless they are damaged. flawed or faulty

  • ​I will replace or refund any item that is damaged, flawed or faulty

  • I will happily take back any other item as long as it is unused and in the condition in which you recieved it

  • If the item arrives to you damaged, not as described, sub-standard or in another way flawed or faulty, please contact me at vickyfully@hotmail.com to discuss return 

  • If the item arrives to you damaged, not as described, sub-standard or in another way flawed or faulty, I will pay for the item to be returned and refund the cost of the item plus any previous postage costs

  • If you have simply changed your mind, I will still accept non-personalised items back but in this case I ask that you arrange for, and pay for, the return of the item.  I will still refund the cost of the item and the original postage costs

  • Many of my makes are one-of-a-kind, free styled or works of art and cannot be reproduced.  Obviously, in this case I will not be able to replace the item but will offer you a swap or a refund

  • If you choose a swap and the item you choose if of a higher value then you will need to pay the difference.  If the item is of a lesser value, I will refund you the difference

  • If I am replacing a damaged, faulty or flawed item, I will pay postage costs for your  replacement to be sent to you

  • If I am replacing a perfect item that you choose to swap, I will ask you to pay postage costs

  • Refunds will be made as soon as I have received the item back

  • All returns must be carefully and appropriately packaged and labelled so they are as safe as possible in transit and to minimise the chance of a lost package
